What is an RCAC (Residential Care Apartment Complex)?
An RCAC is a type of assisted living that offers more independence. Residents live in private apartments and receive assistance with daily tasks as needed, including personal care, medication management, and meal services.
How does assisted living differ from a nursing home?
Assisted living focuses on independence with some assistance in daily tasks, while nursing homes offer round-the-clock medical care for those with serious health conditions. Adava Care's assisted living communities provide a homelike environment with personal care, medication management, and social engagement.
How do I know if assisted living is the right choice?
If you or your loved one need assistance with daily activities but still wish to maintain independence and do not require 24/7 medical supervision, assisted living may be the right choice. What is the process for moving into the community?
After a tour and consultation, a professional assessment is conducted to determine care needs. Our team works with you to create a personalized care plan, coordinate the move-in process, and ensure a smooth transition for your loved one.
What services are included in the monthly fee?
Our monthly fee includes three meals daily plus snacks, housekeeping, laundry, transportation assistance, personal care, and medication management. Additional services may be available based on individual needs.
What amenities are available to residents?
